Whether your goal is fat loss, to have a better relationship with food, or to find your groove again post-baby. We can help you get results! Our approach to nutrition is that it should be REALISTIC.....not restrictive. We encourage weight loss at a steady pace while also placing a big emphasis on mental and emotional well-being. No point looking great on the outside if you don't feel it on the inside as well.

During the program we work 1:1 with each client providing a personalised meal plan and ongoing support. We help you create positive lifestyle habits like regular exercise, drinking enough water, and getting enough sleep. This focus on wellbeing as a whole will leave you feeling empowered and confident in what you've learned so that you can be successful long term. Also included is our CBA training program delivered in your app, which you can complete at your local or home gym.

We offer three intakes of Fuelled per year - January, May, and July​. Registrations open here on the website two months before each intake starts. Clients must be at least 21 years old and reside in New Zealand.

I’ve done multiple challenges before, but have always slipped back into old habits.
