Refunds & Cancellations

Payments and refunds for CBA Programmes:
1.1 - Customers must pay for all services ordered through the Website at the time of purchase using the credit card payment facility.
1.2 - After purchasing a programme, you will be granted a limited period of access to the CBA Fitness App
1.3 - In the event that you are diagnosed with a medical condition (including pregnancy) and can no longer participate in the registered programme, you must submit evidence of that condition to us at ash@coachedbyash.com. We will provide you with either (at our election)
1. Paying instalments (will cancel immediately without a refund)
2. Paid upfront with minimum 2 weeks notice prior to programme start date (will transfer registration to a later programme)
3. Paid upfront with less than two weeks notice prior to programme start date (no refund)
We reserve our rights to refuse any changes, refunds or credits unless you have submitted evidence of your condition to us as soon as you find out that you are unable to participate.
If your reasoning is any other, we will consider your request and may offer you a credit. However we reserve our rights to refuse any changes, refunds or credits unless it is of reasonable action at our discretion.

Payments & Refunds for CBA Merch
2. Merch: For pre ordered items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless proven faulty. If you can provide us with proof i.e photos via email we are more than happy to provide you with an exchange.

Payments & Refunds for Online Training Programme
3. Online Training Training Membership cancellations require 1 week’s notice and can be done via your Everfit app or written notice to ash@coachedbyash.com
