Online Training

We take the thinking out of your workouts

Perfect for those who have a conventional gym membership but just wing their workouts day to day. Through our app we provide a structured training programme to give you confidence on the gym floor and ensure you get the most out of each session.

Our workouts are strength focused with one full conditioning day per week. A mix of strength, hypertrophy and high intensity training to keep you interested!

 

Workouts are delivered through your CBA app and have video and written instructions to guide you. There are alternate exercises provided so you can scale the intensity up or down and you can even message us for feedback on your form. So it's like having your own Personal Trainer with you at the gym.

I have been loving the workouts. I’m not the best with strength training - my attention span and patience always let me down 😂
But just following your programme has been great for me. It's challenging but also fun!​​

Thank you for creating this!! It’s built my confidence up again in exercising. Also just feeling stronger… I couldn’t do a proper push up anymore so have been doing them on my knees but this week I finally did a set of proper pushups, not on my knees - Woop woop! I’m so glad I signed up!​

I love the programmes I feel they target all the right areas of my body so noticing a lot of muscle definition​​.

Thank you for this gym programme! I love it, it feels so personalised even though it isn’t! I love the progressions/ regressions through out all the trainings also. It’s easy enough to follow whilst also not being a basic training programme.​​
