Our unique 12-Week Programme will leave you oozing with confidence as you head into the 2025-2026 Summer season...
Different from our 8-week programme, Flex will require you to be extremely focused with your nutrition, training and our set weekly kms. We expect more from our ladies on this program but as always, our approach is health and mental wellbeing first!

To participate you will need to commit to:

Attending 1 Weekend training session @ CBA Fitness Onehunga each week

Be a team player within the wider group

Complete 4x training sessions minimum per week

Walk between 15-25 kms each week

10km Fun Run (Week 9)

End of Challenge Fitness Photoshoot with your team

End of Challenge Celebration Saturday 13 Dec​​

*You must live in Auckland to be part of this program. CBA Fitness gym members receive a discounted rate.
As this programme requires a higher level of commitment and discipline, registration is via APPLICATION only.
It is also a pre-requisite that you have successfully completed our Fuelled 8-Week programme prior to applying.​ Applications close 20th June 2025

It's really hard as a Mum to do things for myself, so the initial decision to commit to Flex was the hardest part. This decision ended up being best part. Losing 11.5kgs, changing my body shape in places I thought would never move and even gaining the confidence to train in a crop were among the many personal wins of my Flex journey. The good food, community of strong, amazing women and the discipline gained over the 12 weeks were added bonuses. Do Flex, honestly, you will see, when you do something for yourself, everyone around you wins too.

I absolutely loved being apart of Flex, because I gained so much knowledge and strength. This space allows ladies to be open and vulnerable, especially for those who are not from this training background like myself. It was such a supportive environment from the Coaches to the ladies. And I felt like I was able to ask for help and receive it without being judged. I stepped into Flex not knowing Squat cleans etc and was able to receive help from the Coaches and ladies and can now confidently lift and lift heavy, which I believe was my biggest win from the 12 weeks. It definitely wasnt a easy road but I do not regret it at all. Highly would do it again next year without a doubt.

I've been blown away by the CBA Flex programme. For something that is so new and growing it felt fine tuned and purposeful. Never have I stuck to a programme so well, improved my mental and physical health and walked away feeling genuinely proud of my efforts. I surprised myself almost weekly, whether with starting to run again, eating exactly to plan more often than not or just learning to throw excuses out the window! Flex made me feel supported, pushed and celebrated. So good. So thankful.

I have done a number of programmes and challenges. Flex is hands down my favourite for all sorts of reasons. Ash is super organised and is meticulous for all aspects of the programme. I loved the fortnight check ins, the challenges each week, the kms we had to do. This programme has turned me into a runner. I could barely run 1km when I first started to completing 10km in a reasonable time. I have learnt so much about food and my eating habits. It is a programme that teaches you tool so that it is sustainable. I have already recommended flex to all my friends.
