Kick Start is our in house 8-week training programme. Designed for those new to the gym or returning after time off. We get it - it can be intimidating walking into a gym environment as a newbie, and it can feel overwhelming learning all the different movements. And that's exactly why we made this programme! To help you build confidence, learn correct technique and be supported by caring, experienced Coaches. So what are you waiting for?

Our Timetable
Kick Start Participants have unlimited access to all Sessions across the week PLUS a weekly Technique Session

STRENGTH
Alternating between upper, lower or full body focus, these sessions combine strength, skill and accessory work. They run on a 4-week block rotation and our Coaches provide hands on support to guide correct technique and safe lifting.
SWEAT
Get FITTER and FASTER with these high intensity cardio workouts! Designed to make you SWEAT, these sessions are programmed for individual or paired work. There is zero olympic lifting and limited skill work, so you can just get in and go!
WOD
Our strength and conditioning sessions, done in pairs or small groups. We combine CrossFit movement like cleans, snatches and handstand push ups with running, jumping and of course burpees. These sessions are what we are well known for, challenging but also lots of fun!
WEIGHTLIFTING
These skill based sessions focus on the two Olympic lifts - Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
With a huge emphasis on learning correct lifting technique, these classes are suitable for every lifter.
