Kick Start is our in house 8-week training programme. Designed for those new to the gym or returning after time off. We get it - it can be intimidating walking into a gym environment as a newbie, and it can feel overwhelming learning all the different movements. And that's exactly why we made this programme! To help you build confidence, learn correct technique and be supported by caring, experienced Coaches. So what are you waiting for?

As part of the programme you will receive

  • 8-Weeks access to unlimited training sessions at CBA Fitness, Onehunga

  • Kids Lounge access

  • Weekly Tech Session for programme participants only

  • Week 1 and Week 8 Fitness testing

  • Food guidelines to help you start your healthy eating journey (no meals plans or tracking involved)

  • Group Workshop

What's the cost?

  • $350.00 upfront OR

  • $50 weekly payment plan from sign up (*7 weeks total and the full amount must be received by programme start date)

Our Timetable

Kick Start Participants have unlimited access to all Sessions across the week PLUS a weekly Technique Session

STRENGTH

A mix of upper or lower body focus across the week, these sessions combine strength, skill and accessory work. Our Coaches provide hands on support to guide correct technique and safe lifting. Ensuring you get the most out of your time spent at the gym.

SWEAT

Different to our WOD sessions, these will be purely cardio focused, high intensity workouts. These sessions will be programmed for individual or paired workouts only (no group work). There will be zero olympic lifting and limited skill work, designed so you can just get in and go!

WOD

Our strength and conditioning sessions, often programmed to be done in pairs or small groups. We combine CrossFit movement like cleans, snatches and handstand push ups with running, jumping and of course burpees. These sessions are what we are well known for, they are challenging but also lots of fun!

GLUTES

These sessions will be full of all your favourite glute exercises and perfect for those wanting to strengthen, shape or tighten what their mama gave them. Each session will also have a dedicated section for mobility and recovery, making it the perfect session to end your week.
